There was a wonderful smell coming from Ms. Senning's fourth grade classroom this morning.
The combination of citrus and cloves was traveling down the hallway. Kindergarten students and their fourth grade buddies got together this morning to make pomanders, a clementine or orange with cloves pushed through the outside skin. Students enjoyed creating snowman, stars, lines and swirls on
their clementines with the cloves. They loved the smell and the opportunity to work with their fourth grade buddies. What a fun morning!

Book Sale
Kindergarten students picked out lots of wonderful books at the book sale today. Thank you to
Mrs. Berliner for organizing this annual event. What a great opportunity for our students to add books to their home collections. The sale supports RES students and purchases new books for the UVM Children's Hospital.
