Animal Research Movie

Kindergarten students worked with Ms. Lee, our student intern, from Saint Michael’s College
to create an engaging animal research project. Check out the movie they created.

Wednesday in the Woods

Kindergarten students searched for signs of animals in the woods today.  They found holes in trees and leaves.  They discovered worms and slugs beneath leaves and rotting logs.  Kindergarten scientists enjoyed their time outside and the opportunity to observe nature.

We are Scientists!

We spent time in the forest today.  We observed trees, leaves, logs, plants, and the ground carefully.  Then we drew and labeled the things we had observed.  We always have a wonderful time in the woods.

Crazy Hair Day

It was crazy hair day at RES today!  Some friends had colorful hair.  Others had spiky hair, ponytails, and unicorn horns.  We loved this school celebration!

KIndergarten Potluck Dinner -Save the Date

Kindergarten Potluck Dinner   

Kindergarten families are invited to a potluck in the RES cafeteria on Thursday, October 24th from 5:30 - 6:30 pm. RES will provide plates and utensils.  

Please bring a dish to share!  

This is an opportunity for families to get together in a casual atmosphere!  We hope you can make it!
