As a part of our Opinion writing unit in Kindergarten, we read the book, Hey, Little Ant. The book is about a boy and an ant, each stating their perspective on whether the boy should squish the ant. The students enjoyed the book and the variety of reasons each character gave. Students shared their perspectives on whether to squish the ant or not.
