Math Exploration in Kindergarten

Our first week went very well.  On Friday students explored pattern blocks and unifix cubes.  They learned rules for using these math materials.  Everyone was focused on discovering different ways to build and create with the materials.  These scholars couldn't wait to share what they had made.  I look forward to next week and the enthusiasm they bring to all that we do.
